L'Auberge du Cochon Rouge

H. Etienne Merle '69 returns to Ithaca and opens what would be one of Ithaca's most storied restaurants for over two decades: L'Auberge du Cochon Rouge. Known for its exquisite cuisine as well as its fine selection of Finger Lakes wines and local artwork, L'Auberge attracted visitors from New York City and all across the country.

Omicron was tremendously privileged to call Etienne our chef for a decade, inducting him as an honorary member in 2009.
